Refund Policy for Going Places

Effective Date: [06-06-2024]

1. Cancellation by Customer

More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
15-30 days before departure: 50% refund minus any non-refundable deposits and administrative fees.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.

2. Cancellation by Going Places

If we cancel a tour due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred by you, such as airfare or travel insurance.

3. Non-Refundable Deposits

Certain tours may require non-refundable deposits. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking and will be deducted from any refunds issued.

4. Refund Process

Refund requests must be made in writing to [Insert Contact Email].
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt of the request.
Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

5. Changes to Bookings

Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
If changes result in a lower cost, the difference will be refunded according to the terms stated above. If changes result in a higher cost, you will be required to pay the difference.

6. Force Majeure

No refunds will be provided for cancellations or changes due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability.
